Despite graduating with a BSC in Political Sciences and History from the London School of Economics, Emma’s path was always set towards the theatre having trained as dancer, singer and actress before realising her interest and strength lay behind the curtain.

Emma’s first job was at Avalon where she rose quickly through the ranks to Head of Avalon Promotions promoting over 80 comedians on tour in the UK, West End, Edinburgh Festival and internationally working with Frank Skinner, Harry Hill, Al Murray, Russell Howard, Jenny Éclair and Lee Mack amongst others. Emma produced GRUMPY OLD WOMEN LIVE on 7 UK tours, 2 West End seasons, on tour in Australia and licensed productions in Iceland and Finland.

Emma subsequently joined new writing theatre company, nabokov, as Associate Producer where she co-commissioned and produced Mike Bartlett’s ARTEFACTS. The production opened at the Bush Theatre following a UK tour and transferred to 59E59 Brits off Broadway Festival.  The production won the Old Vic New Voices New Production award and Emma was the recipient of a Stage One Bursary. Emma continues her association with nabokov as Chair of the Artistic Board.

Her entrepreneurial spirit and broad interests caught the eye of Nica Burns and she was invited to join Nimax Theatres as General Manager of Productions and Programming and Producer of the Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Awards. Productions included:  WHEN WE ARE MARRIED (Garrick), IN A FOREST DARK AND DEEP (Vaudeville), LONG DAYS JOURNEY INTO NIGHT - Olivier Award for Best Revival 2013 - (Apollo), UNCLE VANYA (Vaudeville), THE HURLY BURLY SHOW (Duchess), MEOW MEOW (Apollo), and THE BOY WITH TAPE ON HIS FACE (Duchess).

The motto is simple – work with the best on the very best production in the entertainment industry.

In May 2016 Emma joined forces with her brother Ralph to set-up ebp live, a bespoke new live ticketing provider.
